It does exactly what it says it does and does it very well. Everything is easy to use and works as it should. I haven't yet encountered something I'd like to do with it that I haven't been able. There have been numerous times I've been stuck and have required assistance. The team have been on hand pretty much immediately and have made sure I know exactly what I need to do to figure out the solution. Great software that has helped my clients with their speed to lead issues. Many small gym owners are usually in training when a lead comes in, this AI booking (or hand off to human)-system works to solve that issue. The team and their support is also amazing, one of the best I have ever seen. The platform is great, easy to work with, and my clients love it. I purchased the premium plan and the team helped me make a very reliable, very detailed prompt that I'm using for my clients to help them close more jobs for their companies. Support is also really helpful and responsive as well, they also have a help doc covering just about anything with straight to the point videos. I used Appointwise when it first launched—the concept was great, but there were a few issues that meant we had to revert to manual booking. Since then, it's clear there's been a lot of investment and development. We've recently re-launched on the new 7.0 version, and the results so far have been amazing. Honestly, top software of its kind right now... Best AI conversationalism, natural, etc, but not only that, the support from these guys is phenomenal, They even spent time with me to do the basic log-in and set-up that pretty much anyone could do solo. Just for reference, one of the onboarding team, Loughlin O'Brien put me through and man I am so overjoyed when companies put people who actually care about you, and want to help you, on your side, not like these other money hungry companies... Honestly 10/10, not even sure why the price isnt double or triple yet. Top guys.

Genuinely changed service delivery & sales within my agency. Been using it for 4 months, it took a little time to get my head around it, however once I understood it - I realised the value was a lot higher than I originally perceived. All key client metrics have increased, lead to appointment %, Cost per appointment etc.. and subsequently close rate & CPA for my clients. (My clients sell services at a 5-15k AOV across the board. extremely addictive to use. Tailoring the bot is easy & you can programme it in great depth. This bot has single handedly allowed us to raise our front-end prices and increase our LTV. Ur an idiot if you run and agency and aren't using it

GAME CHANGER for my lead gen agency

Appointwise has hands down revolutionised my agency by giving us a stand out USP that we can provide to our clients. If you're a lead gen agency on the fence, i highly recommend giving it a try. The software is intuitive and easy to learn, plus there's a lot of detailed tutorials provided in the learning hub to get you up to speed. When I encounter an issue or need help creating something unique for one of my clients, support is always prompt and super helpful. 10/10 can't recommend Appointwise enough.

This SMS AI Bot is genuinely a game changer. It works incredibly well in majority of circumstances. After now messaging over 1000+ leads, I haven't had a single lead realize it's AI, and our conversion rates sky rocketed after implementation. It's hilarious and entertaining watching it convert the leads in front you while you sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee. The support is phenomenal, and they are continuously coming out with new features to make this software even better. I recommend these guys to every Agency friend I have. Appointwise is my agency's secret weapon. I almost don't want to help them promote it because it's so good I want to keep it all for myself. It's exploded the growth of my agency and helps me provide a next level service to my clients. I can't wait for more updates and functionality. The only gripe I have is that I wish they would provide more advanced tutorials and examples for more complex workflows and automations.
